Bilingual Project Coordinator/Trainer

The HealthConnect One, (HC One) Project Coordinator/Trainer will work with the HC One program staff and leadership to coordinate resources, develop training materials, and facilitate the training. Assist in planning, outreach, and implementation to ensure set program direction that meets HC One’s vision. The HC One’s Project Coordinator/Trainer may act as a community liaison and represent HC One at other events. This role requires flexibility in schedule to facilitate training/convenings outside 9-5 pm CT business hours: evenings, weekends, and travel as appropriate.

The salary for each position is listed, plus benefits which include but are not limited to paid vacation, sick, collective rest, and personal days; health, vision, and dental insurance plans life/disability insurance, a Flexible Spending Account, professional development stipend, and a laptop (property of HealthConnect One), and a one-time work-from-home stipend. All salaries are subject to increase in line with HealthConnect One's employee compensation policies.

HealthConnect One is a non-profit organization whose headquarters is based in Chicago, IL, D.C. Members of the HealthConnect One team work remotely as our staff are based in different states across the country. The positions will be virtual and with expectations of travel for training. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, there will be no in-person training. We continue to monitor public health guidance and keep safety, science, and flexibility top of mind.
