Making resources and training more accessible for both new and experienced doulas.

Collaboration

Fostering collaboration and providing support by connecting existing doula groups across North Carolina to build more cohesive bonds and strengthen collaborations, providing mutual support and shared resources.

Advocacy

Advocacy for program development that meets the unique needs and challenges North Carolina doulas may face when serving their communities.

Representation

Ensuring representation by actively seeking and amplifying the voices of North Carolina doulas to ensure they are heard in decision-making processes.
